1. About Sports Technology
Sports Technology LLC (“Sports Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a private, member-only community designed to connect technology professionals working in sports organizations.
2. Eligibility & Membership
Access is limited and granted at Sports Tech’s discretion. To be eligible, you must:
- Be a technology, cybersecurity, operations, or facilities professional affiliated with an approved organization; or
- Be explicitly invited and approved by Sports Tech.
Sports Tech may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, including for violations of these Terms.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Do not share your account or credentials.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not access areas of the Platform you are not authorized to use.
4. Community Conduct
Members must act professionally and in good faith to protect trust and collaboration.
- No harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
- No sharing confidential or sensitive information without authorization.
- No unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.
- No solicitation, advertising, or sales activity in internal member spaces.
5. Vendor Participation & Boundaries
The Platform enforces strict separation between members and vendors. Vendors are not permitted to join internal member spaces.
- Vendors may only participate in clearly labeled external spaces.
- Member participation in external vendor spaces is opt-in.
- Attempts to bypass boundaries may result in immediate removal.
6. Data, Privacy & Confidentiality
Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Members also agree to respect the confidentiality of private discussions and avoid sharing identifiable details of other organizations without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Sports Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Platform for community purposes.
You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content outside the community without permission.
8. Platform Availability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify features or suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.
9. Disclaimers
Sports Tech does not provide legal, security, or professional advice. Discussions are informational and members are responsible for decisions made based on Platform content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from use of the Platform.
11. Termination
Sports Tech may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or present risk to the community. Upon termination, access ends immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
